Introducting asisaid.com

By Timothy R Butler | Posted at 1:01 AM

Well, I decided it was finally time for my site to get its own domain name. And so here it is…. I proudly unveil asisaid.com (a.k.a. the site formerly known as Tim's Site). While there is still some dust, I've also taken some time to integrate the journal (the most utilized part of the site) with the other content pages.

Everything will pretty much stay the same, save perhaps some more graphics changes, etc., and the old address will indefinately forward to this new site since uninetsolutions.com is my company's domain. I think I can even get blogrolling to work properly without anyone having to modify their blog roll. However, if you are so inclinded, the new info for your blogroll is:
Name: asisaid.com
Address: http://asisaid.com/journal/
So what do you think of the new name? Catchy? Stupid? A waste of a good $15? Feel free to take the opportunity to be the first poster on asisaid.com. :-)

I like it. May I suggest godaddy.com for domain names. $8.95

Le Renard: Thanks! It just hit me one day while I was waiting for a meeting and I thought, “That sounds good.” :-) I’m glad it wasn’t just me.

Christopher: Thank-you! I should correct my price, I paid $12. Thanks for the suggestion. I have looked at godaddy.com — the main thing that keeps me at Dotster is that they have a really nice reseller program that makes it easy to sell domains to my clients. Still, three extra bucks off is a pretty nice deal…
