RE: What Founding Father Am I?
Tim, no… not Alex Hamilton! Augh! He was anti-liberty, favored a powerful central government, favored a distinct separation between elite rulers and civil population. Not a good role model, IMHO.
RE: What Founding Father Am I?
…and he got killed in a duel by Aaron Burr, who might have been President had it not been for Hamilton’s interference, some say.
RE: What Founding Father Am I?
Besides, I doubt the test was all that valid. The selection of Founders was too narrow, and the comparisons too simplistic. There is a great deal of debate still over some of the personality traits to which the test alludes. It borders on pop generalities, such as “Lincoln was a deep thinker.” He was also a good close friend and admirer of Karl Marx.
Re: What Founding Father Am I?
Your characterization of Lincoln as a “good close friend and admirer of Karl Marx” is terribly flawed. I believe you ought to reference this letter from Marx to Lincoln concerning his re-election:
