Time Machines Need Not Apply

Everyone is bound to make mistakes when publishing large volumes of material, so it isn’t surprising — especially in a year like this last one — that the Verge’s Jacob Kastrenakes accidentally said the WarnerMedia-Discovery tie up would occur mid-2020 when he meant mid-2022. But the correction is just so good:

Correction June 1st, 3:45PM ET: The deal is expected to close in mid-2022, not in mid-2020 as this article initially misstated, which would require a time machine.
