This week has been very hectic… nothing is going according to plan. sigh Maybe I'll just go back to bed until next Monday.
Oh well… tomorrow I setup our church secretary's new computer during the afternoon. That could be fun — there's nothing like seeing the delight in someone's eyes when they realize they can actually get their work done rather than fighting with a slow, old computer.
Now if it just works out OK…

Absolutely, even if it’s just a program that they’ve been wrestling with. The President here was having issues with his Palm/Outlook sync software. It took me awhile to get to it, but he nearly burst with happiness to see it working. He went around showing everyone in the office. “Look, my calendar is on here!” Proud as a peakoc Definately the feeling I’m in the business for.
Question: Is it running Linux???

Re: GNU/Linux, unfortunately not. It’s running Windows XP. We have two GNU/Linux desktops that I’ve installed, however one of them is having major problems at the moment for some reasons — that’s hindering my plans for world domination, I tell you!
