Diploma Fun

I was able to pick up my diploma yesterday. Not completely unsurprisingly, it had a nice big mistake on it. I had been told the university makes a lot of mistakes as far as printing honors on diplomas, so I checked that portion, only to have my eyes move up a bit and see the wrong major listed. Yikes!

Fortunately, they have a fancy-schmancy raised print printer on site, and they printed up a new diploma within a few minutes. Everything looks correct now.

Re: Diploma Fun
My BSc got the honours and all that stuff right (including the spelling of honours... crazy Americans ;) However, the institution that I studied at for some silly reason didn't put my major on the thing, even though it mentioned that I'd participated in the Cooperative Education (AKA internships) program.

Re: Diploma Fun
So, I'm curious. What did they think you majored in?

Re: Diploma Fun
Dave: that's good. But, it's too bad you misspelled "honors" will typing out how it was spelled right on your diploma. :P Jason: It said "English and Christian Ministry Studies" instead of "English and Religion." CMS is a vocational program somewhat like I understand they offer at some Bible colleges (as opposed to an academic degree). This was a bit ironic, because the CMS program doesn't really like those of us in the Religion program.
