I'm definately not emotional in the sense that I react and then think. The radio announcer is funny because of podcasting, but finance is so not my thing. Heck I don't even balance my check book. Teaching is definately me, but ministry is not something I am very good at. At least how I understand it. As for management, I've never done it but others think I would do ok.

On the subject of organizational leadership, boy would my wife have something to say about that.
