The Final Piece

I had one three hour block of electives at seminary I had not already registered a class for. Tonight I signed up for one, meaning I now have everything scheduled I need to graduate. Amazingly, I will finish less than five months from now (assuming I survive the six classes I will be taking this fall!).
I still can't believe you're going to finish before me. I've got 12 months (I need one class that isn't offered until next summer). Have any idea what comes next? PhD?
I think I'll start my own educational system from scratch, sort of like that School of the Prophets Samuel developed.
Yup, hopefully PhD work is next in line.
Ed, you might make a lot of prophet from that.
I've pretty much decided against the PhD. My current options are:
a) Art school - graphic design
b) Community College - Alcohol/Drug Treatment Certification
c) State College - Ecology
d) Actually go a couple years without being enrolled in school???
Not sure I can handle option D. The other three are ranked top to bottom, 1st to 3rd choice. Down the road, I'll probably return to GFU for a D.Min.
I didn't know you were considering graphic design! You do have an artistic flair…
art school is the forerunner. I wonder what I could do if I took my natural flair for design and matched it with an educated clue. It's also a degree that won't be based on thousands of pages of reading and hundreds of pages of writing. I need a change before going back for the D.Min.
