Here's a little update on the Challenge questions from the other day.
For the Easy question, Dave is right, it is Donald Rumsfield. 2 pts. for him.
For the Intermediate question, Jason is right, despite crying foul. 5 pts. for him.
For the Hardquestion, Mike is right on who it is, so he'll get some points. The question for the moment is this: can anyone do better with an answer. If so, there are more points to be had in doing so.
See, that's what I like about Tim. A very fair minded individual. Granted me the points even with my calling him on the carpet. ![]()
Dude, the only reason I knew that is because Iâve been reading a lot of church history lately and being Christmas, had just read (as in the day before
) a bunch of articles on St. Nick.
Yup, I have to make sure to run this game impartially, even if the contestants heckle me. ![]()
That's pretty good timing to read about St. Nick. Now if you can just keep reading stuff right before I post questions on it…
Well, if the hard guy is TSE, then April does not refer to the US Income Tax (also, Tax day used to be March 15, back then).
April - maybe it's about death? Do more Brits die in April? Is death at the beginning of Spring particularly painful in Britain?
Wow, good guesses, Mike. They aren't correct (in as much as I know), but they are pretty good. I'll post some new challenge questions soon and provide an answer to this one. You definitely are going to get some asisaid points!
